Qunt Studio Policy

By booking a session with Qunt Studios, you confirm that you have read and agree to the policies below. These policies are in place to keep the booking process fair, protect the studio, and ensure every client has the best experience possible.

1. Booking & Payment

Full payment is required to reserve your session. Your appointment is not confirmed or placed on the studio calendar until payment has been received. If payment is not completed, your session will not be booked.

For your convenience, Buy Now, Pay Later payment options are available at checkout.

2. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Payments are non-refundable under any circumstance. Please be sure you are able to attend your session before booking.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Life happens, so one reschedule is allowed if you notify Qunt Studios at least 72 hours before your scheduled session.

If you cancel your appointment instead of rescheduling, your payment will be forfeited.

If you request to reschedule less than 72 hours before your appointment, your booking will be considered canceled and your payment will not be refunded or transferred.

4. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time.

If you arrive 30 minutes or more late, a $25 late fee will be added to your session. Your appointment will still end at its originally scheduled time.

If you arrive one hour late, your session will be canceled. No refund or reschedule will be provided.

5. No-Shows

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not communicate with Qunt Studios beforehand, your session will be considered a no-show.

Your payment will be forfeited, and Qunt Studios reserves the right to refuse future bookings.

6. Guests, Children & Pets

Clients may bring up to two guests to their session.

Children who are not being photographed are not permitted in the studio.

Pets are not allowed unless they are part of the scheduled session and approved before your appointment.

Guests must respect the studio, staff, and equipment. Anyone being disruptive may be asked to leave.

7. Image Delivery & Editing

Each session includes 5 professionally edited images unless otherwise stated.

Additional edited images may be purchased for $10 per set of 5 images.

RAW (unedited) images are available for purchase for $75.

RAW files are for personal viewing only. They may not be posted online, edited, filtered, shared publicly, or used to create edited versions of Qunt Studios' work.

Final images are edited in the signature Qunt Studios style. Requests that completely change the editing style may be declined.

8. Creative Direction

When you book with Qunt Studios, you are booking because of the studio's creative style.

Pinterest boards, mood boards, and inspiration photos are always welcome, but exact recreations of another photographer's work will not be provided.

Qunt Studios maintains full creative control over posing, lighting, editing, and artistic direction.

9. Studio Conduct

Behind-the-scenes photos and videos are welcome unless otherwise communicated during your session.

Weapons are not permitted in the studio.

Alcohol or smoking props must be approved by Qunt Studios before your session.

Illegal substances are prohibited.

Qunt Studios has a zero-tolerance policy for disrespectful, aggressive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward staff, assistants, or other clients.

If anyone's behavior creates an unsafe or uncomfortable environment, the session may end immediately without refund.

10. Copyright & Social Media

All photographs remain the copyrighted work of Qunt Studios.

Clients are welcome to post their final edited images but must tag or credit @QuntStudios whenever possible.

Photos may not be edited in any way. This includes filters, color changes, AI editing, skin retouching, body modifications, cropping that changes the intended composition, or any other alterations.

If additional edits are desired, they must be requested through Qunt Studios.

Qunt Studios may use photographs from your session on its website, portfolio, advertisements, printed materials, or social media unless you notify the studio in writing before your session that you would like your images to remain private.

11. Agreement

By booking a session with Qunt Studios, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.

Failure to follow these policies may result in additional fees, cancellation of your session, refusal of future bookings, or denial of services at the discretion of Qunt Studios.

12. Studio Damage

Please treat the studio, equipment, props, furniture, and wardrobe with care.

Clients are financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests due to negligence, misuse, or failure to follow studio instructions. This includes, but is not limited to, lighting equipment, cameras, furniture, props, seamless paper backdrops, rented wardrobe, décor, and other studio property.

If damage occurs, Qunt Studios will provide an invoice for the cost of repair or replacement. Payment is due within 14 days of receiving the invoice.

Normal wear and tear is expected and will not be charged to clients.

If a client or guest intentionally damages studio property or refuses to pay for damages, Qunt Studios reserves the right to refuse future bookings and pursue any available legal remedies to recover repair or replacement costs.
